Coming from a consulting corporate background, yoga has truly and magically changed my perspective on life. My practice has helped me grow stronger both mentally and physically. Yoga inspires me every day to live a life of mindfulness and gratefulness. In my classes, I aim at helping my students connect with their breath and deepen the practice by offering a balanced sequence, incorporating pranayama, asanas and guided relaxation to nurture their bodies, minds and souls.

Hatha/Power yoga sessions

Book a private 1-1 or an online session and reap the benefits of this ancient practice. The sessions will be tailored to your needs and what you want to focus on. Whether you are young or old, overweight or fit, yoga has the power to calm the mind and strengthen the body. Yoga is for all.

Hatha is a relatively slow class that focuses on synchronizing breath with movement while learning proper alignment. Hatha in Sanskrit is broken down into two words “Ha” meaning Sun and “Tha” meaning Moon, and Hatha as a practice works on finding balance between our sun and moon energies, resulting in a total mastery of the physical body.

Power yoga is an intense and vigorous type of practice that has its roots in Ashtanga yoga and focuses on building strength and flexibility and improving mental focus.

Yoga Nidra and Meditation

Yoga nidra, a Sanskrit term meaning “yogic sleep” is a deep relaxation technique and a form of meditation. It is a guided relaxation technique that focuses on activating the relaxation response of the body, allowing the body and mind to go into a deep relaxed state.
