More About Me

Coming from a corporate background, I know and understand the value and need for relaxation and that stress is the main cause of illness, hoping to raise corporate awareness on the importance of investing in wellness. My journey has started 12 years ago and continues with my curiosity and passion for various holistic healing modalities. I am also an Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Transactional Analysis (TA) practitioner, which has helped enrich my knowledge and practice on this journey to helping myself and others.

My Philosophy

My philosophy is simply to be true to oneself, live with kindness and compassion and always listen to your heart. I truly believe in the power of our minds and that we have the ability to reach our full potential once we take the responsibility to be aware of our own negative thought patterns and mind limitations and work on changing ourselves. Only then can we get out of the “victim” mode, stop blaming others and take charge of our lives.

I believe that compassion must be at the heart of everything we do and that change starts from within. To live mindfully is to be aware of how we live our lives, the quality of our thoughts, how we communicate with ourselves and others, and what we choose as our daily habits.
