Learn a little about me.

I am a certified mindfulness coach, meditation and yoga teacher with an open heart to spread wellness, happiness and health. My intention is to spread wellness by teaching mindfulness techniques that will help others build the awareness they need to manage and decrease their stress levels to allow them to live a healthier and a more balanced life. I offer customized corporate mindfulness workshops and programs based on the client’s needs, 1-1 mindfulness coaching in person and online, in addition to private individual/group sessions in yoga, mindfulness coaching and  meditation.
